Using RecBaller

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the Services only in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for activity under your account and should notify us if you believe it has been used without authorization.

The Services help users organize and participate in recreational sports. League organizers and team managers, not RecBaller, are responsible for their leagues, teams, rules, fees, facilities, events, and communications.

User content and conduct

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, display, and process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

You may not submit content or use the Services in a way that:

• is illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, violent, or exploitative;
• impersonates another person, is fraudulent or deceptive, or promotes spam;
• violates another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other rights;
• contains malicious code or interferes with the operation or security of the Services;
• endangers a child or otherwise violates child-safety laws or policies; or
• attempts to gain unauthorized access to an account, system, or data.

We may review reports, remove or restrict content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or protect users and the Services. To report objectionable content or conduct, contact bsh.enterprises.global@gmail.com.

Fees and third-party services

League or team fees are established and collected by the applicable organizer or manager. RecBaller is not a party to transactions completed through external payment pages and is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, or payment processing. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms and policies.

Sports participation

Participation in recreational sports involves inherent risks. RecBaller provides organizational software and does not supervise activities, inspect facilities or equipment, provide medical advice, or guarantee participant safety. Follow applicable organizer rules and use your own judgment when participating.

Service availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may establish reasonable usage limits. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RecBaller and Ball So Hard Enterprises will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, opportunities, or goodwill arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms on this page and revise the effective date. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
